report a cheater

1. post in Discord #support, not a public channel.
2. include the match time (with your time zone) and the player name.
3. add a clip or screenshot if you have one. it helps a lot.

flags get human review before any ban. how that works: anti-cheat.

appeal a ban

appeals go through Discord #support. send your display name, roughly when it happened and what you think we missed. the team reviews appeals. new accounts made to dodge a ban are banned too.

delete your data

email support@cdclassic.app from the address you used, or ask privately in #support. details in the privacy notice.

known issues

• windows SmartScreen warns about the launcher

  expected

  a newly signed app has no download reputation yet, so SmartScreen may warn. only continue if you downloaded it from cdclassic.app and the publisher shows ZERWONE NETWORK, LLC.

• modified installers on download sites

  outside our control

  some sites list repacked or “pre-patched” installers. check the SHA-256 against the table on get the game. if it doesn’t match, don’t run it.

• Steam may not show the game to everyone

  outside our control

  the original Steam listing is NetEase’s. if it isn’t in your library, use your old install or a hash-checked original installer.
