fair matches. real wins.

anti-cheat

cheaters turn up in every online game. we won’t pretend otherwise. here is how we deal with them, in plain words.

from match to decision

  1. the server checks

every move, shot and hit is checked on our servers. your game asks; the server decides what happened.

  2. something looks off

suspicious aim gets flagged for a closer look. a flag alone is not a ban.

  3. a human reviews it

a person on the team looks at the evidence before any cheating ban.

  4. the decision

cleared, warned, suspended or banned. bans cover every region and the linked Discord or Google account.

why server-side

a hacked client can’t just tell our server it landed a shot or teleported. the server keeps the real state of the match, so most cheats have nothing to grab onto.

what we don’t share

we don’t publish what triggers a flag or how detection works. that list would be a cheat developer’s to-do list.

bans

a cheating ban covers every region and the Discord or Google account linked to your profile. a new sign-up to dodge a ban gets banned too. the rules are on the rules page.

appeals

think we got it wrong? appeal in Discord #support. the team reviews appeals. keep it to the facts: your display name, roughly when it happened, what you think we missed.

report a cheater

post in Discord #support with the match time and the player name. a clip helps. don’t call people out in public channels. details on the support page.
