anti-cheat: how we keep matches fair

Server-side checks, human review and bans that follow the account. How fair play works in Creative Destruction: Classic.

every online game has cheaters. we built for that from day one.

the server decides

the server checks every move, shot and hit. your client asks; the server decides what actually happened. a hacked client can’t simply tell the server it landed a shot.

flagged, then reviewed

suspicious aim gets flagged. a human reviews it before a ban. we don’t publish what triggers a flag, because that list would be a cheat’s to-do list.

bans follow the account

a ban covers every region and the Discord or Google account linked to it. a new sign-up to dodge a ban breaks the terms.

got it wrong?

appeal in Discord #support. the team reviews appeals.

seen a cheater?

report it in Discord #support with the match time and the player name. the full explainer is on the anti-cheat page.
